Standard trade terms
- We supply to registered dealers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers. Orders are accepted in full size sets and standard carton packing.
- Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation from Arora Footwear and receipt of the agreed advance, if any.
- Prices are ex-factory and exclusive of GST, freight and insurance unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with production schedules and transport.
- Please check goods on delivery. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos. Goods damaged by use or improper storage are not covered.
- Returns are accepted only with prior approval.
- Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our factory is located.
